Shipping
How much is shipping?
$5.95 flat on orders under $75, free on orders of $75 and over. No surcharges for large or heavy items.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and delivered in another 3-7 business days - 4-9 business days in total. Every product page shows an arrival estimate calculated from these numbers.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We ship to all 50 U.S. states only.
How do I track my order?
We email a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for the first scan.
Orders and payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers - we never see your full card number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order hasn't shipped yet we can change the address or cancel it for a full refund.
Why is the "was" price higher?
The comparison price is what the item was previously offered at or the manufacturer's suggested price. The price in green is what you pay today.
Returns
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging. You pay return postage if you changed your mind; we pay if the item is damaged, wrong or never arrived. Full details in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged. What now?
Email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement or a full refund - at no cost to you.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return.
