Ordering and payment
- You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
- An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may cancel or limit orders that appear fraudulent, are placed by resellers, or contain a pricing error - you will be refunded in full.
- Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. All prices are in U.S. dollars; the total shown at checkout is the total you pay.
Pricing and availability
We aim to keep every price and description accurate, but errors happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may refuse or cancel the order and refund you. Comparison ("was") prices refer to the price the item was previously offered at or the manufacturer's suggested price; savings are shown for information only. Product images are for illustration - colour may vary slightly by screen.
Shipping
We ship to the United States only. Processing takes 1-2 business days and delivery a further 3-7 business days. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery; if a parcel arrives damaged or never arrives, see our Refund Policy - we make it right at no cost to you.
Returns
Unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery under our Refund Policy. Opened consumables, personal-care items and food cannot be returned unless faulty.
Product use and safety
Always read the manufacturer's instructions, warnings and load ratings before using a product. Power tools, outdoor equipment, appliances and vehicles must be assembled and used as directed; we are not responsible for misuse or modifications.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content are owned by Deal Carton or licensed to us. Brand names and logos appearing on products belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products sold.
Prohibited use
You may not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its security, scrape its content, or resell products without written permission.
Warranties and liability
Products are covered by any manufacturer warranty that comes with them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deal Carton is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Larimer County, Colorado, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
